The training of rural teachers is one of the important ways to strengthen the construction of rural teachers,to grasp the training work,establish a set of basic operation process,scientific organization and implementation of training,and improve the overall quality of rural teachers.This paper is based on the implementation of rural primary school teacher training program in Gansu province.Point analysis of rural primary school teachers in the "tutorial system" training mode,teaching ideas,teaching behavior,teaching attitude,students view,teaching and research level,students in learning attitude,academic performance change and school management,class culture,campus culture construction and other aspects of the research,the research found that "teacher support service system" project set up a new model of rural teachers training,management support and emotional support for the integration of rural primary school teachers education idea,improve the quality of education,and promote the development of children in the vast rural areas.
