Based on the data of the investigation side, the user side and themiddle parties involved in the research, the writer made a comprehensive analysis ofall factors affecting the quality of our statistics data and collected information throughforms of questionnaire investigation and interview investigation to enterprise andpublic institution and self-employed businessmen in some counties in Anyang, aswell as seeking comments and suggestions of government leaders, governmentstatisticians, to find some factors that impact of statistics crux. On the basis of carefully sorting out the problem, the writer analyzed thedeep-seated causes that impact on statistical data quality from the angel of institution,legal, social, and economic and look beyond the outward manifestation of theinvestigation side, the user side and the middle side.
