Strategy Research On The Improvement Of Statistical Data Quality In D Town,Yancheng City

With the continuous development of the economy and society,the process of information technology in human society is also accelerating.The demand for statistical data in human society has also become increasingly high.The report of the20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that "high-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country".To provide high-quality statistical data for human society,the first step is to understand the connotation of statistical data quality,including accuracy,timeliness,accessibility,relevance,interpretability,and consistency.Therefore,how to make grassroots government statistical data more authentic,comparable,timely,and applicable,and effectively improve the quality of statistical data has become an important issue that modern grassroots government governance needs to consider.This article takes the quality of grassroots statistical data as the starting point,combined with the actual situation of D town,and applies comprehensive quality management theory,new public management theory,stakeholder theory,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and literature research method.The main application of the questionnaire survey method is to analyze the current statistical work and data quality status of D Town.Based on the author’s actual work,the application of digital platforms in grassroots township statistical work is analyzed.Through interviews and practical examples in work,it is found that there are still many problems with the quality of grassroots government statistical data,including data distortion,a large amount of data but not strong applicability,untimely publication,and weak comparability,And based on interviews and work summaries,the author digs out the underlying reasons for these problems,which are the incorrect concept of personnel statistical data quality,the impact of indicator assessment on the authenticity of statistical data,the weak foundation of grassroots statisticians,the imperfect rule of law construction of grassroots statistical data quality,the mismatch between supply and demand of statistical data,backward statistical methods and means,and the poor coordination of departmental statistics,Based on the actual situation of grassroots township governments,identify strategies to improve the quality of statistical data in grassroots governments,including changing the concept of personnel statistical data quality,improving the statistical data evaluation system,optimizing the construction of statistical personnel team,strengthening the legal construction of grassroots statistical data quality,promoting the optimization of statistical data supply,updating statistical methods and means,deepening the linkage mechanism between departments of reform,and ensuring the pertinence and operability of specific measures Practicality,in order to effectively improve the quality of statistical data.These studies are mainly based on D town,whose economic level is at a moderate level among the majority of township governments,and therefore has a certain representativeness,which can represent the majority of grassroots township governments.Therefore,effectively improving the quality of D town government statistical data has reference significance for the improvement of the quality of grassroots government statistical data.
