A Study On Management And Improvement Of Statistical Data Quality In Fuyang District Of Hangzhou

In the context of the era of big data,government statistics has increasingly highlighted its important role.The data application has become an effective points of economic development,plays a vital role in government decision-making.At the same time,along with the rise of new media,the public's attention to statistical data is also growing,and higher requirements are put forward on the quality of statistical data.The quality of statistical data directly affects government decision-making and government credibility.Therefore,how to better manage the quality of government statistics has become an important issue that local governments need to solve urgently.This paper starts from the current situation and existing problems of statistical data quality management in Fu yang District of Hangzhou City,and aiming to find ways to improve the quality management of local government statistical data.This paper is based on the evaluation of the status quo,the disclosure of problems,the analysis of reasons,and the resolution of strategy.In the past academic research on statistical data quality management,most of them were analyzed according to statistical design,statistical survey,statistical processing,statistical analysis and other data production processes.However,based on the research results of the predecessors,and relies on Total quality management theory,from the perspective of the data users,producers,and providers as the main body of the data,we conducted the questionnaires and interviews among the Enterprises,institutions and grassroots statisticians in the Fu yang District,also seek the suggestions from the government statisticians and leaders at all levels of the department,summarized the data quality management problems of Fu Yang District,so as to accurately identify the problems and causes.On this basis,we propose the effective countermeasures and suggestions for controlling the quality of data sources,,strengthening producers' own construction andreducing user interference,which can be used as reference for improving the quality management of local government statistics.
