With multiple technologies into the teaching, the teaching in various aspects all get high speed development, computer technology, communication technology leads the teaching mode, learning mode to enter a new chapter, web-based learning mode and the traditional learning mode in form, fundamental changes have taken place on the role.Learners in4a (something, Anything, Anytime, Anywhere)scenario learning, learners become the center of the learning process.In order to further promote the network learning in the practical applications in the field of teaching, this paper puts forward the personalized intelligent navigation of learning resources, it will promote the further development of online learning, its purpose is to have intelligent personalized learning is introduced into the network learning, artificial intelligence technology into the network in the learning process, to further improve the fitness of network learning to the learners personalized features.In this paper, from the perspective of intelligent personalized learning, guided by the spirit of the "learning", to design and practice of personalized intelligent learning resources navigation, discuss the application of artificial intelligence technology in the network learning. First of all,through the analysis on a large number of literature reading and understanding is suitable for the related theory of personalized intelligent network learning, technology. Solomon system according to the learners’ learning style, learning style questionnaire analysis and learners’ personal information to construct the model of learning, with the help of intelligent scheduling algorithm to create dynamic learning activities.Second, to build knowledge directed acyclic graph, and determined the relationship between the knowledge points, clear the mapping relationship between resources and knowledge points;Again, in the process of learning record learners learning path, a phased adaptive testing, through the analysis of test results, the weighted naive bayes algorithm for compensatory study, adjust the learning activities; In the end, to the "C language program design" course as an example to construct the personalized intelligent navigation of learning resources, create a dynamic learning activities, intended to reflect on learning activities rather than dynamic learning activities to create content, and improving learners’ learning performance, through the questionnaire survey method to analyze the application effect is summarized.Personalized intelligent learning resources navigation improvement "trek" phenomenon, for web-based learning bring new opportunity in personalized, intelligent direction.
