With the popularization of information technology infrastructure, digital campus and mobile learning has become a new direction for the construction and development of colleges and universities. The growing popularity of mobile phones provides hardware support for breaking time and space constraints of mobile learning. Therefore, the development of LBS-based mobile services on campus learning platform has good prospects.First, this thesis analyzes the current development status and problems of mobile learning(M-learning) construction about digital campus environment. This thesis makes clear that mobile learning service platform construction is feasibility and practicality. On this basis, the students conduct research interviews. The cognitive model of student based on the needs of students and students’ behavior analysis is designed which uses multiple linear regression analysis and data mining, clustering techniques by searching student preferences to provide personalized courses recommendation service. Cognitive student model overturn indoctrination passive learning style through considering students ’cognitive styles and needs to improve the students’ interest.Secondly, a learning resource navigation system was built based on LBS, which provides users with unified information-based services LBS entrance. Through personalized design, this system allows each user to enjoy highly personalized learning resource location and navigation services based on their privileges. The entire platform includes an application layer, a data exchange layer, a service layer and it provides a bridge for the students and school academic management system.
