| The paper adopted narrative research methods to depict a B primary school teacher’s situation of carrying out teaching tolerance in the natural teaching situation.The paper uses the classroom observation, depth interview, physical collecting research data to grounded theory of data analysis methods on the data collection and analysis. Through this research, the paper in order to achieve the following objectives: Firstly, elaborate the current rural primary school teachers’ teaching tolerance in real situation. Secondly, through the description and analysis of the actual performance of teachers’ teaching tolerance, the author further expands the connotation of the teachers’teaching tolerance, the generation process, influencing factors and operation characteristics. Thirdly, try to put forward relevant suggestions on follow-up study of teachers’teaching tolerance and research prospects.This research mainly includes the following several parts:The first part is the introduction. Mainly introduce the research background of, elaborates the research purposes and meaning, and define the relevant concepts of this research.The second part is the theory of narrative. The paper major analysis the real situation of the teachers’ teaching tolerance, and on the basis of the theory of teaching tolerance, puts forward the basic concepts and the structure of teachers’ teaching tolerance.The third part is the research design and implementation. The paper mainly introduced the research methods that adopted in this paper, the preparation of the theory, the determination of the research object, the process of the establishment of the studies, the process and the data collecting and sorting and so on. The fourth part is the story, it is also the main body of this paper. The author classifies the records of field observation, the interview records and the physical data. In the form of proposition and keywords, tolerance finally is understood as a kind of respect, understanding, democracy, dependence, appreciation, waiting and compromise. From the above several aspects, the author constructs many vivid stories to interpret the connotation of the tolerance and teacher XU’s real performance about the teaching tolerance.The fifth part according to the rendering of the story, the author analysis the influence factors in the process of implement teaching of tolerance and the operation characteristics.The sixth part is divided into reflection and prospect of research. The reflection of this research through the following aspects:the identity of the researchers, research ethics, the research orientation and the study of reliability and validity (classroom observation, interview, data collection and sorting), so as to put forward the research prospect of this study.The seventh part is the conclusion. Through the performance of the real condition of the teachers’ teaching tolerance by narrative research, the paper quoted a short article, and puts forward some suggestions and hope from the perspective of educators. |
