To determine the rate of energy metabolism of people who are engaged in broadcastinggymnastics in support of the national fitness program, indirect calorimetry was used tomeasure metabolic rates of healthy males and females of different ages who were neverparticipated in any sports using a Metamax3B,Cortex telemetry system, before and duringbroadcasting gymnastics. The data obtained were, then, used as the database for analysis andfor reaching the conclusion that male energy consumption before broadcasting gymnasticswas higher than that of females, with particularly significant differences in their fatty acidmetabolism. And, during the exercise, male energy consumption was also higher than that offemales. Knowing the energy consumption for each phase of broadcasting gymnastics, aformula was established for determining an individual’s total energy consumption duringbroadcasting gymnastics. The result:1. In a quiet condition, resting very significant relationship between energyconsumption and gender;2. Resting wireless sexual relationship between energy consumptionand age, remove the weight, energy consumption/kg and a negative correlation between age;3.The same gender, along with the age growth, the male movement energy expenditure and agethere is a very significant linear correlation between; Women’s energy consumption increaseswith age, significant linear relationship between energy consumption and age.4. In terms ofgender, SD1and nLFP correlation with sex, relationship exists nHFP and gender;5. Interms of age, compared with20to39,40to59, index of time domain, SD1and SD2, RMSSDand PNN50%decreases gradually along with the age growth; In the frequency domain index,TP, VLF, LF, HF as the growth of the age, HRV indexes gradually reduce;6. Movementbefore and after intervention, the heart rate show significant difference, a drop in average;Time domain correlation index had no statistical significance; In the frequency domain indexnHFP and LF/HF index difference is remarkable. In broadcast gymnastics after theintervention, nHFP a ascendant trend, LF/HF shows ascendant trend.Experimental conclusion:1. Male resting energy consumption than women (fatty acidmetabolism in male for energy than women have significant difference).2. In the broadcast, the male power consumption is also higher than women. And it is concluded that the9thedition sections segmented action of energy consumption, to establish relevant regressionequations. After4. Radio gymnastic exercises, HRV time domain index, only the heart ratedrop, frequency domain index nHFP a ascendant trend, LF/HF is on the rise, and otherindicators have no statistical significance, this may be the reason for the increased vagusnerve, but for the sympathetic nerve is unable to determine, suggest that the subjects shouldstick to exercise for a longer time.
