In recent years, as China’s reform of the education system more effective in promoting the country’s school sports development. Aerobics as school sports an important part of other disciplines played an irreplaceable role in enriching school sports teaching content to facilitate students’ moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic development.2002State Board of Education will be formally included in aerobics new secondary school the sports and health education curricula, aerobics become compulsory junior high school, elective in high school. However, due to regional differences and the unbalanced economic development, aerobics, mainly in universities and at primary and middle schools in some developed regions, while in the majority of rural schools, very few offer aerobics-related courses. Using literature data, questionnaires, interviews, statistics on the present of Hubei rural junior middle school aerobics for survey research and analysis of its influencing factors and corresponding measures, aerobics in middle schools in China aims at promoting better communication and development. Results:(1) low rate of middle school aerobics classes in rural Hubei Province, local of callisthenics teaching in junior middle schools accounted for19.05%, and80.95%not of callisthenics teaching in junior middle school.(2) the rural junior middle school of aerobics teaching in Hubei province is not mandatory, arbitrary physical education teaching, teachers are in their individual capacity, student interest in callisthenics teaching aerobics is not systematic and scientific.(3) most of rural junior middle school physical education teachers in Hubei province approved value of calisthenics in physical education in middle school, and most of the students wants the University to set up teaching aerobics, aerobics teaching in middle schools meet the needs of education development.(4) the rural junior middle school students’interest in aerobics, Hubei Province, there are large gender differences in girls’ interest in aerobics is higher, came in second place, boys’interest in aerobics low came in Nineth.(5) rural middle school physical education teachers in Hubei Province, said the impact of developing calisthenics teaching in junior middle school in the local factors are:its limited capacity, lack of aerobics aerobics teaching materials of physical education teachers, school leader does not take seriously and sports teaching burden and superiors is not mandatory and the information-poor, poor facilities. According to the article’s findings, in conjunction with rural areas in Hubei province secondary school, made the following responses:(1) recruiting a certain number of aqua aerobics teachers, organized regular Hubei rural middle school teachers of physical education and sports aerobics knowledge and skills training.(2) increased funding for sports, improve rural areas in Hubei Province junior aerobics teaching facilities.(3) improve the leadership of the aqua aerobics the support and attention to the Aqua aerobics, standardized aerobic classes on construction and management.(4) increase the colleges and universities, colleges and universities to stimulate secondary school aerobics.(5) stepping up aqua aerobics at the local advocacy, a broad basis among the masses.
