Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Recreational Gymnastics In Kindergarten In Hubei Province

Gymnastics is the basis of many sports,and it is one of the most suitable sports to participate in from the beginning time.However,the popularization rate of gymnastics in China has been very low,and gymnastics are rarely carried out in kindergartens.To reverse this situation,the National Gymnastic Sports Management Center in 2014 has promoted a simplified version of gymnastics that is simple and easy,namely recreational gymnastics.Under this circumstance,recreational gymnastics has rapidly developed in Hubei Province,which has a gymnastics tradition.The purpose of this study is to use research methods such as literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,field study,case analysis,and mathematical statistics to conduct an in-depth investigation and analysis on the process,difficulties and challenges of the development of recreational gymnastics in Hubei’s kindergartens.Put forward the countermeasures that can be taken in the future,lay the foundation for the theoretical construction of recreational gymnastics in kindergartens in China,and provide references for more and better recreational gymnastics in kindergartens in Hubei Province and even the whole country.The conclusions of the research are as follows:1 At present,recreational gymnastics in Hubei Provincial kindergartens is at the initial stage of point-based development.Mainly in Wuhan,Yichang,Xiantao and other cities,the situation of regional development is not balanced.The number of kindergartens that carry out recreational gymnastics accounts for 25% of the total.2 The development of recreational gymnastics in Hubei’s kindergartens have the following characteristics:(1)Private kindergartens are slightly better than public kindergartens.There are significant differences in the number of developments per week,teacher age,teacher education,venue materials,and commonly used equipment.(2)The kindergarten mainly conducts recreational gymnastics in game activities.Kindergarten teachers generally choose large classes of young children to participate in recreational gymnastics.Kindergarten conducts about three times a week of recreational gymnastics on average,and the duration is usually 16 to 30 minutes.(3)The basis for the kindergarten teachers to formulate teaching documents is mostly based on the "National Recreational Gymnastics Grade Exercise Standard(Teaching Guide)",but the specific implementation of the teaching documents is relative poor.(4)The kindergarten has a large gymnasium,and the main venue is an outdoor plastic venue.The equipment is mainly self-made by teachers according to the actual situation,and the utilization rate of balance beams,gymnastic mats and gymnastic rings is relatively high.(5)The Hubei Province Recreational Gymnastics Competition only has the level of "three levels".The vast majority of kindergartens have not participated in the recreational gymnastics competition,and the kindergartens that have participated in the recreational gymnastics competition generally only have 1-2 competition experiences3 The main factors that hinder the development of recreational gymnastics in kindergartens in Hubei Province are parents’ anxiety about safety,insufficient understanding of various parties,poor quality of teachers,excessive commercialization and imperfect competition.4 The following countermeasures can be adopted for recreational gymnastics in kindergartens in Hubei Province: home cooperation,eliminating anxiety;give full play to the role of government guidance and media propaganda to stimulate kindergarten’s motivation for carrying out recreational gymnastics;strengthen teacher training and improve its teaching ability of recreational gymnastics;use a variety of resources inside and outside the park to explore new models for carrying out recreational gymnastics;improve the competition system To exert its leverage.
