| The rural teaching points is to adapt to the special natural environment and remote rural areas of China to set up the small-scale incomplete school, is to ensure that remote rural school-age children entrance indispensable important power to nearby. However, in recent years with the rural school restructuring carried out in full swing in China’s rural areas, a large number of rural teaching points be removal. A blind school removal behavior that appears in some places has caused a new round of school-age children in rural areas far and difficult to go to school, dropout rate in rural compulsory education and therefore improved. For all the difficulties currently faced by rural teaching points, already has drawn great attention of the Central Committee and the Ministry of Education, the State Council in September2012formally issued "stop" the removal of rural compulsory education schools. Since then, the development trend of rural teaching points policy has begun from the cancellation, merge into proper maintenance, support actively, the social from all walks of life gradually realize the rural teaching points for rural compulsory education in the Midwest of our country has an irreplaceable role. So how to ensure the normal operation of the rural teaching points and improve the running conditions of the rural teaching points, improve the education quality of the rural teaching points is our problem to be solved in a period in the future.In exploring the related concepts and theories of the development of the rural teaching points in Ethnic Areas, in the third chapter of the thesis, first of all, from the political, economic, natural and cultural environment four aspects explores the particularity of the rural teaching points’development in Ethnic Areas. Then analyze the existence of the rural teaching points of education value, economic value, cultural value and education fair value.In the first part of chapter4, the thesis first expounds the main process of this study design. The second part, through the teaching points in five ethnic minority areas of Guangxi rural places of the field investigation, to understand the current situation of the development of rural teaching points in Guangxi minority areas. The third part, through field research found that the current development of Guangxi rural teaching points are generally facing serious shortage of funding for education, school conditions backward, weak teachers, characteristics of the development is not obvious dilemma. On the basis of the relevant literature and research data collation and analysis, Chapter IV Part IV from the government, education funding mechanism, teacher preparation configuration and management mechanism, its development status in Guangxi, discussed the reasons for the problem of rural teaching points in Guangxi minority areas. Finally, in the fifth chapter, the author gives some suggestions to promote the development of rural teaching points in ethnic areas. These Suggestions include:First, carefully treat the removal of rural teaching points, straighten the status of rural teaching points and the center of the school; Second, increase investment in education finance, improve compulsory education funds safeguard mechanism; Third, the rational allocation of teacher resources, strengthen the construction of teachers teaching points; Fourth, deepen awareness of the characteristics of the development of national education, the development of special resources of national teaching point. |
