China is a large agricultural country,70%of the population is rural population,rural education related to the development of the entire national economy coordinated development,affects our country city and socialist modernization.Therefore,the problem of rural education has become the basic problem of the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy and society.Especially in the special period building a well-off society in China,the problem of rural education status is particularly important,and played an important role for the development of education in our country.Rural education is the initial stage of the national education and development in developed countries,especially with the teaching problems,will directly affect the quality of rural education and the future development of the city.The core is the people of the farmers,the farmers should change the public needs,from cultural knowledge,concept,way of life,and other aspects of comprehensive transformation and this requires education to realize the rural education is to cultivate the comprehensive and excellent rural people,so they were able to integrate into city life,reflect its value in the development of the city.To achieve this goal,we should pay attention to the rural education,especially basic education in rural areas,so we need to allocate the rural teaching resources,teaching rational adjustment of rural education,nine year compulsory education,rural education is really on the new situation.Some local education layout adjustment to removing and correction based on the establishment of boarding schools as a breakthrough,adhere to the "high school,junior high school to the County Central Primary School,concentrated to the center of the township,preschool education concentrated to the center of the village,the scale of new educational ideas of education resources to urban concentration".Worthy of our attention is:the construction of rural teaching points,which is related to the rural children in remote and backward areas can go to school,but also related to whether the balanced development of compulsory education.If you do not take effective measures to solve,it is difficult to guarantee in remote rural areas of school-age children can enjoy better education,can receive the compulsory education.
