With the expansion of colleges and universities, university graduates employment system reform, college students employment difficulty increases, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the employment pressure has become the main aspects of the contemporary college students pressure. Especially the employment problem of female students in Mongolia has become a social problem. Under the employment pressure of the universal question, many scholars from different angles to study. These studies were analyzed pressure faced by the students in the course of employment and their causes, and probes into the countermeasures to relieve the employment pressure. But the research on Mongolia female college students’ employment pressure is not enough.This study used a questionnaire survey method, different colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia area316Mongolia nationality female college students as the research object, the employment pressure affect the status of Mongolia female college students’ employment pressure factors, stress response and coping style (inclusive) are qualitative and quantitative research, reveals the characteristics of the current employment pressure of Mongolia female college students, and on this basis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, to provide empirical and theoretical basis for the Inner Mongolia area college students employment guidance education and mental health education.Survey results show that:1. Mongolia nationality female college students present employment pressure and has strong pressure reaction. High pressure group accounted for59.5%. Mongolia female college students’ employment pressure reaction including the positive response and negative reaction, negative reaction including physiological responses, emotional reactions, interpersonal reaction, in which positive was higher than that of negative reaction, negative reaction in the unaffected is interpersonal relationship. No ethnic differences in the employment pressure reaction, only have grade differences in physiological reaction.2. factors affecting the Mongolia female college students’ employment pressure. In Mongolia female college students’ high employment pressure mainly comes from the social factors, the factors, market factors, individual factors, family factors. The influence of social factors, the factors, market factors, individual factors is higher, and the influence of family is relatively low. 3. Mongolia nationality female college students has the characteristics of unique ways of coping. Mongolia female college students’ employment stress coping is mainly divided into two kinds, both positive coping and negative coping. They mainly adopt positive coping style.According to the above findings, the author get the following revelation:1. to relieve the employment pressure, Mongolia female university students need to improve their own quality, improve employment ability;2. schools should pay attention to in Mongolia female college students’ employment guidance, improve their occupation ability;3. Mongolia nationality female college students’ families need to change the idea, given enough support;4. society to create an equal atmosphere, reducing gender discrimination, ease to promote Mongolia female college students’ employment pressure.
