Employment pressure refers to the tension,anxiety,and anxiety of college students when they are in the employment environment when they apply for a job.The cause of undergraduate employment pressure may be the stimulation of the external environment,or the stimulation of the individual's internal requirements.The stimuli refer to those stimuli that can be perceived by college students themselves and generate employment pressure through cognitive evaluation,including professional quality assessment,employment competition environment,self-knowledge and positioning,employment psychological expectations,lack of job search assistance and professional supply and demand conflicts.Sixaspects.Employment orientation and employment pressure are important indicators to measure college students' status in job hunting.Job-seeking orientation refers to the intention and purpose of college students in choosing a job when they are employed.The level of job-selection criteria and requirements may have a serious impact on employment pressure.The orientation of job selection shows that college students have a psychological tendency to choose a job after facing various factors,and hope that the chosen job can achieve the desired goal,including self-development,material security and social needs.Employment pressure will directly affect the orientation of college students in selecting jobs,which will in turn affect the psychological and physiological status of undergraduates.Improper adjustment may even lead to mental illness.This study uses the “College Students' Career Acquisition VectorTable” and the “Student Employment Stress Scale” as research tools and adopts a stratified cluster sampling method to conduct a sample survey among college students in Guangxi.The sample survey is conducted by Guangxi Normal University and Guilin Electronics.University of Science and Technology,Guilin Institute of Aerospace Engineering,Guilin Medical College,Guilin University Bowen School of Management,Guangxi Normal University of Science and Technology,Nanning College of Vocational and Technology College students,a total of 1,000 college students surveyed,recycling 826 valid questionnaires.The study used SPSS19.0 statistical software to conduct a study on the employment pressure and job selection orientation by conducting a differential test,correlation analysis,and regression analysis,and to study the influencing factors and the relationship between employment pressure and job selection orientation of college students.The Influence of Undergraduates' Employment Stress Pressure on the Choice of Employment.On the other hand,it provides a theoretical basis for establishing a scientific career choice orientation in the process of ideological and political education and mental health education for college students.The findings are as follows:1.The employment pressure of college students and all factors except the employment competition,the environmental factors were averaged in the scale,the median value of 3 or more other factors and the average pressure on the employment pressure were all below the median value of the scale,and were below the middle-lower level.In terms of demographic variables,there are significant gender differences in college students of different genders in professional quality assessment factors,employment competition environmental factors,self-understanding and positioning factors,professional supply and demand conflict factors,and employment pressure(P<0.05);There is no significant difference in college students' employment pressure and its various factors;whether the only-child college students have significant differences in professional quality assessment factors,lack of job-seeking help factors,professional supply-demand conflict factors,and employment pressure(P<0.05);The college students have significant differences inprofessional quality assessment factors,employment competition environmental factors,lack of job search and help factors,professional supply and demand conflict factors,and employment pressure(P<0.05);college students of different majors have significant differences in the employment and competition environment factors.Differences(P<0.05);whether student cadres' college students have significant differences in professional quality assessment factors and lack of job-seeking help factors(P<0.05);whether there have been professional internship students have significant differences in the employment and competition environment factors(P<0.05);whether there is a graduate student employment There are no significant differences between forces and their various factors;college students with different monthly household incomes have professional quality assessment factors,employment competition environmental factors,self-knowledge and positioning factors,employment psychological expectations factor,lack of job search help factors,professional supply and demand conflict factors,and employment.There was an extremely significant difference in pressure(P<0.01);college students of different family types were evaluated in professional quality,employment competition,self-awareness and positioning factors,employment psychological expectations,lack of job search help factors,professional supply and demand conflict factors,and employment.There is no significant difference in pressure.2.The college students' career selection and their average scores of all factors are all below the median value of the scale,which indicates that the college students' career selection orientation is at the middle-upper level.In terms of demographic variables,college students of different genders have extremely significant gender differences in material security(P<0.01);college students of different nationalities have significant national differences in terms of self-development factors,material security factors,and job selection(P<0.05);whether there is a significant difference in self-development factors,material security factors,social demand factors,and job selection orientation among college students with only children;students of different grades have extreme self-development factors,material security factors,socialdemand factors,and job selection orientation.Significant grade differences(P<0.01);college students of different majors have no significant differences in self-development factors,material security factors,social demand factors,and job selection orientations;whether student leaders are self-development factors,material security factors,and social needs There was no significant difference in factors and career orientation.There was a significant difference in self-development factors,social demand factors,and job selection orientation among college students who had professional internships(P<0.05);Protection factor,social demand factor There is no significant difference in the orientation of career selection;there is no significant difference in self-development factors,material security factors,social demand factors,and job selection orientation among college students with different family monthly incomes;self-development factors,material security factors,and social needs of college students of different family types.There was a significant difference in family income between factors and career choice(P<0.05).3.The employment pressure of college students and their respective factors are highly significant positively correlated with the choice of employment orientation and their respective factors(r=0.131-0.229,P<0.001);the explanation rate of the employment pressure of college students on employment selection is 5.2%,indicating that The employment pressure of college students has a positive predictive effect on the orientation of career selection;the professional quality assessment factor of employment pressure on college students,the employment competition environment factor,the employment psychological expectation factor,the lack of job search help factor,the professional supply and demand conflict factor on the self-development factor,the material security factor There are significant positive and positive predictive effects of social demand factors and job selection orientation.The interpretation rates for the four are 13.7%,9.2%,4.5%,and 10.7%,respectively.Finally,based on the survey data,this study puts forward opinions and countermeasures for relieving the employment pressure of collegestudents and the opinions and strategies for cultivating the scientific career orientation of college students.Through the government,schools,individuals,and families,efforts are made to alleviate the employment pressure of college students.Make college students establish a scientific career choice.At the same time,this study also proposes general strategies for cultivating scientific career-choosing orientation in the process of college students' ideological and political education and mental health education.
