With the college expansion, the dramatic increase in the number of graduates, the employment of college female student has become a prominent difficult issue. It is increasingly the concern of the community, and gradually enter the government's vision of public policy. Employment of our country circumstances is pretty austere. The problem of college female students employment not eliminate, due to the passage of time and the government's attention There is still a need for research on the issue, so as to solve the problem of female college students, providing employment information and countermeasures. With the theory of employment and sexism as the basic theory, the paper starts off from the current situation of college student employment, through analysising the characteristic of employment problem of female college students, the social influence and the reason of leading to employment difficult, and affirmed that every aspect factor combined action result employment problem of female college students. Finally for this issue, proposed to establish long-term mechanism about the female university student to get employed. The paper contents the following three parts:The first part, analysed the status of the employment of female graduates since the 1998 college expansion in china, and reached main characteristic about the female university student to get employed, that since the sexism existed, female students than male students job cost, female students had to achieve employment lower quality.The second part, through analyzing the characteristics of the female university student to get employed, find the major factor that affect our country employment the female university student. There are many factors to affect the female university student to get employed, which contain social factor and economy factor, they influence each other, restrict mutually.The third part, the employment problem of female college students will bring about very grave social influence if it cannot get effective solving in very long period. So as to resolve the employment problem of female college students from foundation and promote that daughter college student have equal access for employment, structured a long effect mechanism that "the human resources marketplace as the platform of employment, school as a service hatch, the marketplace as basis way, under government policy guiding, the daughter college student acts on herself's own choosing a job , starts an undertaking industriously , studies all herself's life within the scheduled time of choosing a job." Which sets off from restricting the foundation factor of employment problem of female college students.
