At present,the supply of labor in the employment market in China is in excess of demand,resulting in insufficient jobs.The employment situation of Chinese college students is not optimistic,and the employment situation of female college students is even more severe.From the perspective of women,it is the starting point of this study to pay attention to the employment of female college students,to improve the employment status of female college students and to promote their better development.This study investigated female graduates from Inner Mongolia universities through questionnaires and interviews.Analyze the female college students' employment intention,employment attitude,employment competitiveness,and the school's employment and entrepreneurship guidance work for female undergraduates,and add gender contrasts and ethnic contrasts to better show the employment status and existing problems of female college students in Inner Mongolia.There are four issues here:The current employment situation of female college students is increasingly severe,the quality of employment is relatively low,the employment competitiveness is at a disadvantage,and the employment concept is conservative.The reasons include four aspects:the number of college graduates,especially female college students continuous increase every year,however our job market has weakened the absorptive capacity of the new labor force and the lack of labor demand at present,resulting in a relatively insufficient female college student employment opportunities in the labor market.There is a dislocation between the supply of talents and the market demand of college female college students.The position of female college students in Inner Mongolian colleges and universities for self-development is not reasonable.And the hiring conditions of female colleges foremployers are harsh.Based on the above analysis,form the theory of effective demand of Keynesian employment theory,government uses government macro-control measures to solve problems :The first is the government's development of economic growth and employment;The second is government-led,all parties work together to balance the supply and demand relationship between female college students and the labor market.As for how to balance the supply and demand relationship between female university students and the labor market,the author has analyzed four aspects: the government should improve related employment policies and encourage female college students to seek employment through multiple channels;colleges and universities should adjust disciplines and professional settings,and cultivate talents in line with market demand;Enterprises should improve their ability to absorb employment and actively employ female university students;and female college students should improve their overall quality and strive to meet the needs of society and increased resilience to jobs.
