The Research Of Elementary Mathematicsacademic Evaluation System Based On Standard

As an important part of educational evaluation, academic evaluation is not only a meansof evaluating the quality of education, but also an important way to improve student’slearning level. Elementary school mathematics assessment in primary mathematics learningplays a pivotal role, therefore, based on what and how to carry out mathematics achievementassessment must be considered.In this study, analysis of the documents, survey research, testing method are used. First,form analysis of typical national academic evaluation at home and abroad on the basis ofresearch data,we can find that academic evaluation systems are based on the principles, forexample their evaluation rules have many levels, and are basic,comprehensive, logical, clearand scalability. Secondly, learning from foreign evaluation model, combined with ourelementary school mathematics curriculum policy documents and the actual situation ofteaching, on the basis of the compulsory educational mathematics curriculum standardpublished in2011, this research tries to take “Fractional understanding" in second paragraphelementary mathematics for example to formulate an evaluation framework. Finally, developsome questions and take a research, build the “Primary Mathematics Learning evaluationsystem”.This study defined the standards-based academic evaluation connotation that the primarymathematics curriculum standards into actionable evaluation tool, gave some ideas about howto construct a standards-based elementary mathematics academic evaluation system,developed a second primary school mathematics section " the understanding of the fraction "academic evaluation system. In addition, according to this research, evaluation standardsshould be developed, mathematics books should reflect the evaluation criteria, which shouldbe one basis of the teacher’s teaching and preparing rational tests.
