Since1990s, various countries have initiated curriculum reform all over the world. Under this background, student academic evaluation has gradually become a hot topic of the reform of basic education course. In china The publication of<Fulltime Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard> in2001raised the curtain for the reform of basic education on primary school’s mathematics course, it’s publication makes china’s education of middle and primary schools change profoundly.<the course standard> puts forward that " the main goal of the evaluation is to get to know a process history of students’ mathematics learning, excite students’ learning and improve teachers’ teaching; it should establish the evaluation system which has various evaluation objectives and various evaluation means. The evaluation of mathematics learning should concern over not only students’ learning results but also their learning process; it should concern over not only students’ level of mathematics learning but also the emotion and attitude that are displayed by them during mathematical activities, help them to know about themselves and establish confidence." That is the total description for new course evaluation. The course standard is also the quality standard of Chinese education for all-round development at the appropriate stage, it is the basis of course implementation, classroom teaching and schoolwork achievement assessment.The students’ schoolwork assessment is a difficult problem of the education for all-round development reformation, it is also the core topic of education reformation which is concerned over by countries all over the world commonly. This article puts forward study questions by studying the related theory of students’ schoolwork assessment and analyzing the present situation of the students’ schoolwork assessment. This article establishes the evaluation model of primary school’s students math schoolwork by using analytic hierarchy process analysis on the basis of<the course standard> and it evaluates the level of students’ schoolwork by using M primary school in Kunming as evaluation example, using test papers and questionnaires as evaluation means and using SPSS statistical software as analysis means to try to establish a students schoolwork evaluation model which combines quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and has practical value, and it puts forward a few remarks and suggestions about improving basic education students’ schoolwork evaluation according to evaluation result.
