College "Degree+Skills" Education Project Risk Management Research

At present, as a traditional way of adult higher education in our country, correspondence education (part-time) exposed some lag behind the characteristics of The Times development, cannot meet the social demand for high-quality talent,"degree+skills" education has gradually replaced the traditional education mode as the main form of adult higher education schools. Although "degree+skills" education received widespread recognition, but the external environment and internal factors of colleges and universities from society, the influence of "degree+skills" education still exposed some problems in the process of development, make it face huge risks and challenges. Colleges and universities are the main body of education school is the main body of risk, in the face of risk and crisis, some colleges and universities to enhance the awareness of risk, risk management should be brought into the adult higher education management.In this paper the research on the relevant theories of project management and project risk management, on the basis of further analysis of the "degree+skills" education project management process and risk categories and causes, and the "degree+skills" parse education project risk management process. Finally this paper combined with Nanning college for vocational technology "degree+skills" education project management practice of "degree+skills" education project risk management to carry on the empirical analysis, to explore the risk of "degree+skills" education project management system, for universities to construct the actual operation of the risk management model to provide the reference.
