Traditional mode of class supervision is no longer compatible with the age in progressand traditional supervision requires transform. The issue of education remains one of thosethat being most concerned, most direct and most realistic in the opinion of the mass people.Efforts dedicated to better education as the mass people expect requires full support andparticipating from all walks of life. It is reflected understanding from the Party on the issue ofeducation regulated by the18thPeople’s Congress, which has specifically demonstrates thestate’s focus on education.The success of class supervision directly depends on education quality. As a mathteacher in junior high school, class supervision strategies are quite important. On one hand, itserves an important role in stimulating teaching reform of math, and on the other hand, itinfuses connotation, smart properties and dynamics into class teaching.The thesis first specifies existing problems in the modern math teaching throughconsulting a number of literature, then it introduces current situation of domestic and foreignclass supervision and clarifies all kinds of concepts and modes concerning class supervisionand claims high contact between class supervision and class teaching. The author setquestionnaire on classroom management problems from teachers’ classroom management, thelearning status of students and school Learning environment, has pointed out the survey inthe junior middle school of Hainan province, and to the survey results, analysis, induction onthem, and find the classroom management problems. The author also raises the concept ofeducation specified “people orientation dealing with concrete issues and in search ofinnovation”. Only by sticking to such concept of supervision, can class supervision becomemore effective and the quality of class teaching more satisfactory. At last, the author alsodemonstrates with examples that such concept of class supervision does affect to some degreein class supervision and realize quality teaching goals.
