Rural middle school teachers continuing education is to improve the quality ofTeachers, enhance the teaching level, key to the popularization of the new coursereform. Build a contingent of high-quality teachers to adapt to the modern education,is an important task in the current middle school teachers continuing education.Hainan province has always attached great importance to the rural middle schoolteachers’ Continuing Education and training, In recent years, the implementation ofthe "double five hundred talent cultivation plan", The project has also attracted theattention of social all circles. But there still exist some problems in the concreteimplementation process.This will be based on the actual training situation of Hainan2013"double fivehundred" plan of middle school Chinese teachers’ continuing education, The thoroughinvestigation from the aspects of staff training, curriculum, teacher training, etc.Found the training environment needs to be improved, such as unreasonablecurriculum, teacher training, unstable, evaluation mechanism is not perfect etc.According to these problems, I put forward some advice. This research, not only is theimplementation of the "double five hundred" plan, also provide a reference for futurebetter better implementation of the "double five hundred" plan.
