With the development of society, the investment and support of the state and government in social work are also increasing. While external factors such as social environment promote the development of social work,we should also pay attention to the factor that can have a direct impact on the choice and development of social workers-professional identity. The "double hundred project" is one of the important livelihood projects in Guangdong Province, and has now achieved 100% coverage of social work service stations(points)in the province.Social workers,as one of the first groups to be impacted in the process of its implementation, the change of their professional identity will not only affect the construction of the talent team in the industry, but also have a certain impact on the overall development of the industry. However, the development of social work in Dongguan is in the forefront of the country, with remarkable achievements, and its samples are very representative. Therefore,it is very necessary to study the influence and Countermeasures of Dongguan social workers’ professional identity under the "double hundred project".Based on the theory of identity theory, role theory and career adaptation theory, this study adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to collect the basic information of social workers in Dongguan through questionnaires and interviews, and measures the professional identity of social workers in Dongguan after the implementation of the "double hundred project" from the four dimensions of professional cognition, professional emotion, professional skills and professional values,Analyze the factors that affect their professional identity. The study found that after the implementation of the "double hundred project",to a certain extent, social workers’ professional cognition level, professional belief, professional quality and sense of belonging to their profession have been improved. However,it has also brought some negative effects to social workers, such as blurring some social workers’ understanding of professional significance, leading to the decline of some social workers’ work enthusiasm, the decline of professional interest and the loss of professional talents. Finally, this study uses SPSS software to analyze the influencing factors from three levels: individual, organization and society. It is found that gender, education level, salary, promotion space, social recognition and policy implementation level under the "double hundred project" will have varying degrees of impact on social workers’ professional identity. Therefore, according to the results of data analysis, this thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the personal, organizational and social levels, hoping to help social workers improve their professional identity. For example,at the personal level, social workers should strengthen the cultivation of career planning ability and professional ability, and promote the improvement of professional quality; At the organizational level, social organizations should improve their hematopoietic capacity, expand the space for social workers’ career promotion and improve the performance evaluation standards,so as to optimize the professional environment of social work;At the social level, while perfecting the relevant policies and systems, the government also needs to strengthen the publicity of social work,so as to create a good social atmosphere.
