Currently, Chinese society is in a severe and complicated process of transformation,market not only refers to areas of economy, but also involves every aspect of social life,which is inevitably eroding the territory of the ideology and morality. To build aninnovative country, we should emphasize both the tough developmental index and the softpower, and ideology and morality are important references of soft power. Universitystudents are the reserve of national development, and they shoulder the heavy task ofrealizing China Dream. It could be said that, the moral cultivation of university students isthe barometer and indicator of the whole social morality, which must be highly emphasizedsince it plays important guidance and exemplary role. The central task of colleges anduniversities is to cultivate moral people, and morality is the basis. University should notonly reach the academic heights, but also it should reach the moral heights. Universitystudents, as the reserve force of national scientific research and academic career, theacademic morality itself is the most important manifestations of moral cultivation. Whetheruniversity students’ academic moral is good or not, it will directly relates to the future ofacademic research and the improvement of comprehensive national power. Recent years,the party and the country attache great importance to academic moral construction, andformulate a series of rules and regulations. Although they work, they do not solve theproblem thoroughly. How to improve academic ethics of university students to avoid therisk of academic dishonesty and improve academic productivity of universities has becomeinevitable problems to be solved. Academic dishonesty is a worldwide difficult problem,which has concealment and diversity. The academic dishonesty behavior of universitystudents has its own characteristics due to different subjects.It should be noticed that,academic dishonesty itself is not terrible, we should find scientific and effective methods intime to stop this kind of event happening, and the purpose of this article is on thisperspective. The paper includes five parts: The first chapter aims to sort out relevantconcepts and make clear the concept and value of academic morality, and sum up the basicconnotation and requirements of university students’ academic ethics; the second chapterintroduces the relevant theory and implication from levels of the traditional ChineseConfucian ways, Marx and Engels’ academic ethics and Western academic thinking;Chapter III focus on university students’ status from the perspectives of values andbehavior; the fourth chapter analyzes the reasons why current university students’academic morality confronts with difficulties from the perspectives of subject’s ownideological and moral consciousness, the lack of education, lack of regulations, influenceof environment, and others; the last chapter puts forwards reasonable, effective andfeasible coping strategies of strengthening university students’ academic moralconstruction from the aspects of objects, contents, methods, etc.
