The purpose of this study is to state the the current situation of full-timeeducation Master (in Primary school education direction) cultured in C University.Thepaper choose the executive of C University and students of full-time education Master(in Primary school education direction) and executive of Primary school,as studyobjectives. Through the analysis of the six dimensions in the educational system,training objectives, curriculum, training methods, training and education degreeassessment methods.To investigate the problem that the full-time education Master (inPrimary school education direction) faces in the process of training and put forwardcountermeasure.To achieve the goals,this research applies methods questionnaire enquiry andsemi-structured interviews,investigated the the current situation of full-time educationMaster (in Primary school education direction) in C University. The acquired data are processed with frequency distribution, percentage,chi-square test by spss17.0.Then, Interviewed six participants with semi-structuredinterviews。According to the analysis results of questionnaires and interview, thestudy got such conclusions:1.C University Master, primary school and Master of education did not form aunified opinion in educational system。2.Training objectives did not highlights the characteristics of educationmaster.Ways of cultivating research ability needs to be improved.3.The structure of curriculum is to be perfect, practical and application-oriented curriculum is lack.4.Double Tutorial System is not effectively implemented; The training processis lack of effectively link with ordinary primary school.5.Practice time is short,in the internship process of education Master,CUniversity amd primary school are lack of effective communication.6.Degree thesis assessment did not meet the evaluation requirements ofeducation Master in practice and application.Based on the results of the research,some suggestions for C Universityã€educational administration agencies and Primary school and future related study areproposed. |
