Since the implementation of the new high school history curriculum standard, great changes have taken place in the high school history teaching, especially the relevant content of the consciousness of rule of law has become an important part of the teaching of history. The eighteen report also gives the basic method of the rule of law as the governing principle politics, the rule of law as the core values of socialism. This paper through the analysis of curriculum standards and people’s version of history textbook content of law awareness, the author take the Erdos City Hangjinqi middle school as the research object, first from the citizen consciousness, the consciousness of democracy and equality, right and duty consciousness, legal consciousness; restriction of power awareness of the existence of the rule of law ir contemporary high school students’ consciousness of problems. Combined with the teaching practice, research of high school history teaching to enhance the feasibility of legal awareness, put forward relevant teaching methods to the teaching content related to the consciousness of rule of law culture. Through this study, hope to be able to help high school history teachers’ reasonable design related content of consciousness of rule of law teaching, improve the quality of history teaching in senior high school, and to promote the rule of law, building a socialist country ruled by law, culture with socialist core values of qualified citizens, to achieve "China dream" as a little bit.
