With speeding of China’s urbanization process, the changes of economicstructure and family structure, population mobility enhancement, has made thedemand of community children’s education increasingly prominent, which getmore and more social and people’s concern and also promote the social serviceinnovation. The social workers’ active exploration and practice will play animportant role as one of the important human resource of social construction.To solve the problem, the social workers lead the community to cooperate withthe relevant departments, develop and perfect the managed class.This paper mainly consists of four parts. The introduction points out theresearch questions, research background, and research significance. And it alsoexplains the definition of the "children" and “managed class "definition; in theliterature review from the managed class definition, development situation,problems and so on to make a review and summarize. The second chapterintroduces the adolescent social work service center of Inner Mongolia andsummarizes the establishment background, running mechanism and the statusof service content, etc. In the subsequent chapter, it introduces and analysis the" managed " class’s, opened by Inner Mongolia social work servicecenter,background, service content, basic principles, the existence problems;The last chapter, social workers are through in " managed class", from thedifferent roles, practical skills, such as professional social work methodinvolved, and achieve good results, the analysis of the intervention results willprovide the basis and practical reference data reserves to the communitychildren’s education development.Epilogue part, it affirms the good results from social work invention.“Managed class “puts forward the deficiencies and confused in thedevelopment process and points out the direction of worth exploring research.With the development of social work, the new concept of service scope is emerging, new service method has been brought in, the service role of socialworkers and their functions are extending and expanding in this process.This article will promote social work intervention in " managed " class asthe research content, through to the adolescent social work service center inInner Mongolia XINGKANG station "managed class" classroom fieldobservation and study, find the problems existing in the " managed class",through the social work intervention in " managed class", Interventional effectanalysis, to provide "managed class" in the academic research practice basicdata, at the same time for the domestic existing "managed" class standard andperfect to provide the reference, promote service, long-term healthydevelopment.
