The integration of urban and rural areas continues to develop,and the competition in today's society continues to intensify.People pay more and more attention to the education of children.Every child is an angel,the future of the motherland.The community plays an important role when parents are too busy working to care for their children.Many communities take on the task of caring for children after school,which requires social workers to make great sacrifices.Parents need to be assisted in tutoring their children,taking over their children and ensuring their safety without any compensation.Social workers should create a stable and harmonious environment in the community to ensure that children in the community can use their greatest enthusiasm,patience and love to ensure the healthy growth of their children.Community child care classroom is a very hot issue in today's society,and is widely concerned and valued by the whole society.This paper mainly discusses the research on how to manage the classroom in social work.Taking the 4:30 classroom set up by a community in Guangxi province as an example,this article investigates the situation of the community,understands the composition of the classroom staff in the community custody,and conducts field research in the classroom.The survey takes the form of a questionnaire survey.The relevant questions of migrant workers are the most important among all questions in the survey.To solve the problem of good children is to solve the problem of migrant workers.This paper first puts forward the present situation of the background custodial class,then puts forward the defects and shortcomings of the community custodial class,and puts forward the relevant suggestions for the construction of the custodial classroom.It also mentions the advantages of social work intervention in the construction of community care classes.The state should improve the laws and regulations,the community for children to create a more intense atmosphere,conducive to children's learning.Social workers should enrich the cultural activities of the community and cooperate with the parents of the children and the future of the country.Community child care can maximize the concentration of children together,help each other,learn from each other,can maximize the recovery of young offenders.Children leave their parents at an early age and their care is seriously lacking.Althoughsome are directly raised by relatives,they are still far away from their parents and often feel helpless and helpless.For a long time,you will become withdrawn.A companion is not gregarious,and it is difficult to enter each other's inner world.For a long time,there will also be a generation gap with parents.More serious long-term meetings will be difficult to adapt to society,and some will also be depressed.Children's behavior deviation,parents can not correct in time.During the important period of children's trivialization,parents play an important role.A child's personality can also lead to imperfection.Is a threat to social stability and harmony.However,there are many disadvantages in the classroom hosting,and the laws and regulations of the classroom hosting in China are not perfect,and there are many services that can not be followed.Many teaching facilities are still not installed.The lack of financial support has not yet been widely supported and recognized by government departments,etc..Social workers still lack training in education.Make sure they're good enough to give the kids good guidance.Because many children's parents are migrant workers,the cultural level is relatively low,and there is no good understanding and support for community hosting classes.
