Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the idea of “The learning community is the cornerstoneof learning society” has more and more been recognized by the world. The learningcommunity puts the learners in the centre, bases on lifelong learning and lifelongeducation, aims at satisfying the learning needs of all Community residents, andpromote the sustainable development of community. Many countries and areas haveresearched the learning society and receive a lot of valuable achievements in theory andPractice. At the same time, the research on the learning society brings new issues to us.So, this paper tries to use five parts to discuss the strategy of constructing learningcommunity.Part1, Mainly introducing the background, purpose, meanings, methods of thisresearch and the overview of the research of learning community.Part2, Mainly to study the related concept of the learning community, to explorediscrimination and target of learning community itself and its characteristics.Part3, Mainly researching the formation of some typical learning communitiesdevelopment process in order to summarize the experience. In abroad mainlyintroducing American community college, German “neighbourhood house”, Japanese“fame hall” and Northern European “fork high school”. In China, mainly introducingXuanwu community in Beijing, Xuanwu ecology learning community in Nanjing andlearning community in Shanghai.Part4, Mainly using some sociology, education and management theory as thefoundation of constructing a learning community.Part5, Mainly exploring how to construct a learning community.
