In the 21stcentury,a highly developed society has come into being with tons of information,knowledge and globalization.Learning has currently become more essential a living ability than ever before,for an individual as well as for a nation.In this learning society,everyone needs to set up the awareness of lifelong learning,which is also one of the most important goals for current education.Therefore,it is the schools’responsibility and obligation to provide multiple activities concerning lifelong learning.With the increasing agreement on lifelong learning,how to promise the students an ideal educational environment based on the learning-society,is an extremely significant assignment of school reforms.Set in the new requirements of learning-society,the present study is an analysis on the experience of school reforms from different schools in different country,based on the learning-society,as well as their contemporary significance and their essential characteristics.This study also reveals that school reforms ought to begin with the construction of learning community based on the learning society.Besides,this paper concludes the theoretical bases and significance.Finally,this article expands on basic conditions and main methods of the construction of learning community in the learning society,for instance,in-class learning community,teacher-student learning community,net-work learning community,school-family-society learning community.
