Chinese economy have ran smoothly and healthily,and social undertakings havedeveloped rapidly since the reform and opening-up began. However,many problemsarise at the meantime.For example, the waste of resources is becoming more and moreserious.Corruption has been banning repeatedly but no effect. Counterfeit iseverywhere,too.To some extent,all these have something to do with the lack ofcitizen’s social responsibility literacy. Strengthening responsibility education,cultivating post-90students’ professional skills, paying more attention to theirresponsibility literacy is helpful to the solution of these social problems as well as tothe completion of comprehensive well-off society in our country and the smoothrealization of "Chinese dream".A man of perfect responsibility literacy should havethe courage to take responsibility for themselves, their families, others, society andecological environment. Strengthening responsibility education of the post-90scollege students,and improve their responsibility literacy should be paid moreattention by universities, society, families as well as the students themselves.Based onempirical investigation of the post-90s college students, thesis writing has absorbedand drawn lessons from relevant research.The thesis writing adopts the methods ofliterature research, questionnaire survey method, qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis and other scientific methods,and analysis the responsibility of literacy andeducation status of post-90s college students comprehensively and systematically.Then, from the university, society, family and students themselves four aspects,the author analyzes the causes of literacy problems of post-90s college students’responsibility and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of responsibilityeducation of post-90s college students.This paper is divided into five parts:Foreword: to discuss a few aspects of the thesis,such as selecting topicbackground, research significance, domestic and foreign research, research ideas andresearch methods,and the innovation point.The first part: the overview of responsibility education of the post-90s collegestudents; the definition of the related concept of responsibility and responsibility literacy, responsibility education, post-90s college students’ responsibility education;the analysis and discussion the target, task, principle and content of the responsibilityeducation of post-90s college students.The second part: questionnaire of post-90s college students in some universitiesin Qingdao,analysis and summary of the responsibility of literacy and education of thepost-90s college students combined with the survey data.The third part: From the university responsibility education problems, thenegative effects of social environment, family education of dereliction of duty andpost-90s college students’ problems four aspects,the author discusses systematicallythe reason of students’ responsibility literacy problems.The fourth part: Based on the comprehensive grasp of the post-90s collegestudents’responsibility literacy and education present situation,and the analysis of thecauses of literacy problems of the post-90s college students responsibility,the authorputs forward countermeasures and suggestions: playing the leading role of collegesand universities in responsibility education, playing the positive guiding role of socialeducation,playing the supporting role of family education,playing the main role of thepost-90s college students’ self responsibility education.Only with the joint efforts ofvarious aspects, can we promote the enhance of students’ responsibility literacy.The innovation of the thesis are as follows: carrying out questionnaires surveyand empirical research in some universities in Qingdao and basing the thesis writingon the obtained data. Choosing post-90s’ college students’ as the research subject,proceeding from reality, combining with the characteristics of physical and mentaldevelopment of post-90s’ college students’,the author discusses related problems.
