| As the backbone of the building of the socialist modernization and the successors of the cause of the Chinese Communist Party, the post-90s college communists’the status and education of the Party spirit have a very important influence on the country and the Party. The post-90s college communists are quite different from the previous ones on the aspect of the times background, living environment, character, way of thinking, knowledge structure. What’s more, the fierce collision of the different cultural cognitions, social thoughts, and ideologies leads to the worrying status of their Party spirit. Thus, it is urgent to improve their education of the Party spirit. At present, their Party spirit education is faced with unprecedented severe challenges.This paper takes the post-90s college communists from the higher colleges in "Changzhutan" region as the research subjects. It systematically studies the status of the post-90s college communists’Party spirit by taking Marxism theory as guide as well as using the theories of pedagogy and psychology as reference. In combination with the results of the questionnaire, it analyzes the factors of individuals, schools, society and the Party that cause the problems of the Party spirit. On this basis, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the education of the post-90s college communists’Party spirit.The results of the study show that the post-90s college communists’Party spirit displays the distinctive characteristics of the times. In general, their Party spirit shows a positive trend:the Party spirit constantly sublimates; the role of Party members becomes more obvious; the influence of communist activities has also risen. It can basically conform to the requirements of the times and realize the combination of Party members’growth and the development of the Party and the country. However, their Party spirit also has a certain degree of loss as a result of the external challenge and impact, which results in the behavior characteristics of materialism, realism and utilitarianism. In addition, the lack of attention, educational idea, teaching content, teaching methods and teachers affects their Party spirit education. Therefore, the author, on the basis of the result of the empirical research, proposes the countermeasures and the suggestions of strengthening their Party spirit education in the perspective of correcting the motives of joining the Party, enriching the content of education, innovating educational model, optimizing social environment and strengthening the Party’s self-construction. |
