The meaning of the word of responsibility is that one should do; In addition, theresponsibility also contains the blame and sanctions which are suffered from doing nota job which should be done nicely. The first is a positive duty, the second is a negativeresponsibility. The responsible education is to cultivate the students’ inner sense ofresponsibility, through the cultivation of students responsible for their own life attitude,gradually strengthen the students’ sense of responsibility to families, to others and tothe country. Generally speaking, the responsible education of college students can bedefined as, through the planned and objective method to teach the knowledge aboutresponsibility to the college students, so as to ensure that the college students’statements and actions meet the standard of society. From this definition, we can seethat, the primary purpose of the responsible education of college students is to cultivatecollege students’ four aspects of the sense of responsibility including themselves, tothe families, to others and to the country. Therefore, the responsible education ofcollege students can be formed from the four aspects. Namely: the responsiblee d u c a t i o n a b o u t t h e i r o w n, t h e f a m i l y, o t h e r s a n d t h e c o u n t r y.The contemporary university students are the future and hope of the motherland.As an outstanding group received higher education, their responsibility conditiondecides the methods and results of their behaviors, affects the development foregroundof personal, collective and national. And, in recent years, as the pace of national reformand opening-up steps forward, as the economy and society develop rapidly, somephenomenon of losing responsibility appearing in the social effects extremely bad tosome students,as a result, implementation of responsibility education is of greatsignificance for college students. One is the responsibility education for collegestudents is a clear requirement putting forward by our party and government in highereducation. Two is the responsibility education for college students is an urgent demandfor the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Three is the responsibilityeducation for college students is the practical need of deepening Ideological andpolitical education. Four is the responsibility education for college students is animportant guarantee for the comprehensive development of University students.In order to make the responsibility education for college students to achieve the ideal goal of education, this paper focuses on the analysis of the countermeasures tostrengthen the responsibility education for college students. That is the principle, themethod, the way of the responsibility education for College Students. As to theprinciple for responsibility education for college students, combining the growthcharacteristics of college students with the characteristics of responsibility education,this paper carries on the discussion from four aspects such as subjectivity, practicality,permeability, levels. Among them, these four principles are in a relationship which isinterrelated, complementary. In order to realize the responsibility education for collegestudents, cultivate the college students to be the successors of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics in the new era who are responsible for themselves, others, the families,the country, in addition to according to the four aspects such as subjectivity, practicality,permeability, levels, it should also take appropriate methods. By using these methods,to ensure that the responsible education of college students what we do can achieve thedesired results. This paper mainly discusses four methods such as the theory instillationmethod, method of example education, environment edification method, self educationmethod. As to the way of responsibility education for college students, mainlycombining the college students’ growth environment place with the growing stagecharacteristic, this paper consider that the first way is the family is the basic part of theresponsibility education for college students, the second way is the universityeducation is the main road of responsibility education for college students, the third isthe social practice is an important channel for responsibility education, and the last isthe college students’ self education is the decisive factor. In short, the way ofresponsibility education can be set as four such as family, university education, socialpractice and self education.
