Preschool teachers are mainly responsible for teaching in China. Preschool teachers’quality is one of the most important factors in preschool.Social status of kindergarten teachers is not high. Generally teachers’ income is low. Chengdu is the center of the city in the western region. What kind of preschool teachers living conditions. This paper attempts to study four aspects. Our government is paying much attention on education. There is a long way to go. We can do a lot to help the teachers.The first part states the train of the thought significance and current situation of the study. Literature review and research design. From sex ratio education level and age to describe the teachers. All the data shows that preschool teachers’ wage are low.The second part comprises collation of data. The third part of the chapter, namely Chapter Ⅲ. The main factors affecting the living conditions of preschool teachers in Chengdu. We have been showed the living conditions of preschool teachers in Chengdu. We can do something to improve their quality of life. It is the historical reason that leads the bad situation. Low education level may impact preschool teachers’The last part of the article. Namely Chapter IV. Recommendations to improve the living conditions of preschool teachers. The government must guarantee the wages. Rules must be made to protect the right of teachers. For preschool teachers, professional guidance must be learned. They need to do better.
