| Disability is the inevitable trend of the development of human society, and we have compelling responsibility for the disabled. Entrepreneurship and employment have concern on the survival and development of the disabled, and it has also been a social focus. This paper takes Min’ai Gong Fang—a platform of Shenzhen’s entrepreneurship and employment of the disabled as the study’s subject and its social effects as the content. After the observation of Min’ai Gong Fang and using the semi-structured interview method to investigate the relevant personnel of Min’ai Gong Fang, this paper will gather relevant information about Min’ai Gong Fang’s social effects.After analyzed the related articles of entrepreneurship and employment of the disabled, the opening of stores and social effects, the author finds the study of the social effects of entrepreneurship and employment of the disabled is very scarce, and it’s lack of in-depth discussion of stores’ operating mechanism. After analyzing the operating mechanism of Min’ai Gong Fang, this study makes the social effects decompose into four dimensions, social recognition, social satisfaction, social awareness and social expectations. And gather information by interviewing with11respondents. Finally, this study finds the overall social effects of Min’ai Gong Fang is high, especially the social recognition, social satisfaction and social expectations, but it remains to be improved, especially the social awareness. Additionally, the social effect of Min’ai Gong Fang is influenced by personnel, products, capital and market.The methods of improving Min’ai Gong Fang’s social effects include the improvement of the ability of the disabled and Min’ai Gong Fang, the close cooperation of Min’ai Center staff, the support of family’s ideas and actions, the improvement of the entrepreneurship and employment policy for the disabled, the federation’s strongly support and the vigorously support and actively cooperate with the public. |
