Subjective happiness sense is a assessment based on self for happiness.According to the given standard of self it is a type of assessment for the quality of life and the state of life.As the same job burnout is also a sense of self and self assessment. it presents the modern people’s sub health state of existence and their depressed mood, when they deal with the complex social things.It is the assessment of personal psychology, including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment of these three aspects.The writer analyzes the questionnaire-investigation of the workers of nine coal mine in Fuxin area, to explore and study the factors of influencing the subjective happiness sense, The writer analyzes next five aspects:safety factor, the intensity of labor, occupation factors, social factors and family factors, in order to explore finding the way of improving their subjective thappiness-sense, and through the above factors, to explore the methods and countermeasures of dispelling their job burnout.Through these analysis, the direct relations of coal mine workers’subjective happiness sense and job burnout can be obtained:Among the life degree of satisfaction and active mood about the Subjective happiness sense, and worn-out of job burnout and regression coefficient of personalized standard,the relations are pessimistic.Among the passive mood of subjective happiness sense and worn-out of job burnout and regression coefficient of personalized standard,the relations are positive.
