The paper investigated the subjective well-being of deaf undergraduates in China and explored the objective factors which affected the subjective well-being of deaf undergraduates based on the theory that people' s subjective well-being is affected by objective factors. The paper investigated 267 deaf undergraduates from five universities using questionnaire designed based on Campbell's Index of Well-being and the questionnaire designed by the author. SPSS analysis revealed that the emotion index, satisfaction of life and the subjective well-being of deaf undergraduates are higher than the average levels, but there are no distinct differences for different gender in the three dimensionalities. The life satisfaction of deaf undergraduates is higher than healthy undergraduates. For the subjective well-being of deaf undergraduates, there are no distinct differences in different grades which is lowest in the fourth grade. Objective factors such as communication quality with healthy people, quantity of deaf and healthy friends, and the elementary educational placements have distinct influences on the subjective well-being of deaf undergraduates.
