Background and Objective: In our country, coal is one of the main countryenergy. The coal worker as a part of industrial workers has the general characteristicsof industrial workers, and is different from the general industrial workers because ofthe working uniqueness in society.In this paper, according to the standard of "national physique monitoring data",20indexes of the samples of body shape, body function and physical quality of wereanalyzed and compared, and comparing with body mass index in laborers betweencities and towns, the physical quality on development regularity and characteristics ofShanxi coal workers were analyzed and researched, provided scientific basis forfundamentally improved physical health level and promoted Shanxi coal workersfitness plan.The research object and methods: The coal mine in Shanxi Province in2012workers manual workers of1321cases aged20to59, body health. Manual laborers incities and towns in Shanxi Province in2010,4813cases, aged20to59, a healthybody. From different professional indicators of the same age group,quiet pulse, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were higher thanmanual workers in cities and towns, but vital capacity in20to39, the coal mineworkers is lower than manual laborers in cities and towns,40to59higher thanmanual workers in cities and towns.3) From physical change rule analysis of each quality index, the coal mineworkers body flexibility, explosive force, coordination and obesity index is lower thanmanual workers in cities and towns, but is slightly higher than that of manual laborersin cities and towns in the balance.4)In the coal mine workers health regression analysis, the index weight priorityintervention contribution order from large to small is: BMI than height, hipcircumference, hip circumference, height, Mr Index, systolic blood pressure pulse andquiet. To restore to the original variables, the relationship between general linearregression equation is obtained:y=0.4743x1+0.6654x2-0.0009x3+0.0895x4+0.7201x5+0.1854x6+0.5401x7-220.92Research conclusions:1) Analyze the morphological indexes from body shape change rule, in the coalmine workers are lower than that of manual laborers in cities and towns.2) Analysis of body function change law of various indicators, the coal mineworker’s quiet pulse, the systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure and vital capacityindex are higher than manual laborers in cities and towns.3) From the body quality change rule, suggested that flexibility, explosive forcebody coordination in coal workers and obesity index were lower than manual workers in cities and towns, but not the balance.4)In the coal mine workers health regression analysis, statistical results aregenerally linear regression equation, the equation in certain conditions, predictableweight situation of the coal mine workers, to reflect the nutritional status of the coalmine workers, weight also can be used as sports consumption and common predictorof body health, through multiple independent variables to predict the change trend ofweight change in judging the body function of the coal mine workers and circulatorysystem function is of great significance.
