| Social service is one of the main functions in local colleges and universities. It is animportant way that could achieve the value and reflect actions, for a status in localcolleges and universities. Establishing a set of scientific work in social serviceincentives and apply it to social service that can effects on both stimulation andfacilitation in social services of local colleges and universities.The study will show an analysis of the incentive mechanism of social services athome and abroad situation by literature investigation of colleges and universities atthe begin so that we make a conclusion that there are many problems of socialservices.Those problems can be summarized the internal and external issues on thelocal college community services. What the way to solves those problems is thatmotivate and inspire the social services enthusiasm of internal and external factors,and we should establish the local university social services internal and externalincentives, it could meet the demand of different respects from internal and external.After that, firstly, the incentibe theory will be put in the local colleges and universitiesfor social service. We make an analysis about the social service incentive mechanismof related problem, it based upon Hertzberg of doubles factors theory. Then, we takeNingde Normal University for example to carry out social service for cases researchby questionnaire survey law and case analysis law to found a model that be suitablethe local colleages and universitiee incentives,it can offer a vector for its design andapplycation of the system. Finally, the Hertzberg of doubles factors theory will beused to design those principles and way incentive mechanism in social services oflocal colleges and universities to establish a model for incentive in local colleges anduniversities.Besides,it will be the fundamentals to set up the outside incentivemechanism by improving those health factors and the intential incentivemechanism;by improving the incentive factors,so we can explore its application.Through this research, what we can summary is this kind of social service externalincentive mechanism main include sound and perfect higher education runningsystem, and “production†cooperation incentive mechanism of application, and to policy regulations for oriented of incentive mechanism of application and deve; opedlocal university social service assessment system; internal incentive mechanism ofapplication main include spirit incentive for core of target incentive mechanism ofapplication, and to performance evaluation for core of pay distribution incentivemechanism of application and Government–University-enterprise linkage incentivemechanism of application, To promote better services for local economic and socialdevelopment in local colleges and universities. |
