Throughcombining my recruitment experience and referencing documents and openingquestionnaire combined with my own working experience for the recruitment ofstudents employment, the reference of existing document, finding the correspondingmaterials and conducting questionnaire survey, preliminarily determines the researchtopic of acceptance rate and registration rate Through reviewing of the research resultin acceptance rate and registration rate at home and abroad were, finding that thelight spot and the breakthrough point, that is current domestic and foreign scholarshave no research on the universities should directly through the research ofacceptance rate to improve the quality of students and enhance the reputation. Noteven report combing with acceptance rate and registration rate. And the research ofacceptance rate of registration rate has a certain reference value, especially thesustainable development of private colleges. This paper also put forward tostrengthen the innovation of the recruitment, such as Quanzhou region should helpovercome cooperation between colleges and universities, means of competition;Promoting private colleges should provide more "pre-sale service", and be ready tofight. It should also pay attention to the dislocation development principle, miningbeyond ordinary high school students’ market strategy deeply, including othermethods.
