College Student Cadres play an important role in university management.However, the College Student Cadres also exhibits some improper conduct that canbe called as corruption, especially when we regard College as a microscopic“social-political” system in “Micro-political” perspective.“A small leak will sink agreat ship”, in view of the significance of “anti-corruption” in our country, this minorcorruption also should not be ignored.The methods used in this paper are mainly empirical study. First of all, this paperclarifies some concepts such as “College Student Cadres”,“The Corruption ofCollege Student Cadres” and so on. And then make out manifestation of thecorruption of college student cadres through questionnaires. The survey shows thatthe corruption of college student Cadres include: The unjust use of cadres identity toexpand benefits, bribe classmates or related characters to win the election campaign,inappropriate use the funds of student organizations, and so on. Secondly, through theinvestigation, we can see the causes of college student cadres’ corruption mainlyinclude the college student Cadres’ personal problem, the reason on system and socialculture. Secondly, this study explored the harm of the corruption of college studentCadres. It mainly includes the harm to college student Cadres, to ordinary students, tostudent organization and to college. In the end, this study proposed strategies togovernance the corruption of college student Cadres via questionnaire. It mainlyinclude strengthen the supervision to the student Cadres, establish a scientificevaluation mechanism to student leaders, develop an effective management systemfor student Cadres, strengthen the probity education, and so on.
