| Educational technology equipment management refers to design anddevelopment, acquisition, application, management and maintenance of the teachingaids, learning tools, equipments, facilities, places in teaching. Teaching equipmentand instrument is the key point of educational technology equipment management inmiddle and primary school. Thus, to establish and maintain a dynamic mechanism ofsuppliers which can improve the service ability and level of middle and primaryschool is a fundamental task to ensure educational equipment quality.Firstly, this paper analyzes the supply methods, agency personnel,characteristics and problems of educational products and equipment procurement inX province, with current research, systematically proposes some suggestions aboutdynamic mechanism of suppliers. Take equipment suppliers in middle and primaryschool as example, puts forward vendor management principles that based ondynamic regulation; On this basis, from the perspective of a dynamic evaluationmechanism suppliers, focuses on supplier evaluation, and bases on suppliers’competitive strengths to establish a comprehensive evaluation system supplier by thefour-level evaluation and16constitute the second evaluation and evaluation system,which is applied to a specific assessment and evaluation practice, then raise somecountermeasures to improve and enhance the procurement quality of educationtechnology equipment.The research will help to promote the application of]teaching equipment inmiddle and primary schools, forming a perfect supplier selection mechanism, whichwill reduce the development time of teaching equipment, improve teachingequipment quality, reduce production costs, shorten delivery time, etc. |
