H College Project Equipment Procurement Management Research

Project procurement management is one of the main content of project management theory,scientific and reasonable project procurement management can ensure the project smooth implementation to be successful,once the improper project procurement management,procurement of products can not meet the expected demand,influence project schedule,reduce the project benefit,resulting in the failure of the project.Teaching equipment procurement is an important part of construction in universities,it carries out the basic guarantee for teaching and scientific research in school,personnel training,also to a certain extent,embodies the comprehensive strength of schools.Along with the rapid development of colleges and universities in recent years,the expansion of enrollment,in order to ensure the quality of teaching and talent training,teaching equipment procurement position to be more and more importance,how can the limited funds to maximize benefits,become a problem every colleges and universities are exploring.First,this paper introduces the relevant theories of project procurement: summary of project procurement management,project procurement management composition,project procurement method,the basic principles of the project procurement.Then with H college as an example,this paper introduces the present situation of H college project equipment procurement,through the survey found there are many problems: equipment procurement non-planned,project the improper misuse of funds,equipment procurement process complex inefficiency,lack of impartiality bidding evaluation,purchasing personnel quality is low,etc.According to equipment procurement of H college project,this paper uses project design and implementation of the procurement plan,equipment procurement theory mainly includes five parts: the project equipment procurement scheme design,preparation,procurement process control key,contract signing,project equipment procurement scientific management advice.
