Chinese subject contains rich cultural resources, and implieslots of moral education material. Chinese teaching should fully tapand use such material,and make students get moral edification onconcept first, thus develop good moral feelings will and behaviorin real life. There are quite a few scholars who have paid attentionto the moral value of language teaching material in middle school,unfortunately, there are few researches which focus on moraleducation about foreign literature works in Chinese textbooks forjunior middle school. However, foreign literature works containsrich moral education material as well. In the process of culturalglobalization, respecting varied cultures and absorbing thenutrition of the human outstanding culture has been the aim whichis put forward by new curriculum standard.Based on foreignliterature works in Chinese textbooks for junior middle school,this paper tries to excavate its moral education value and then putsforward some teaching strategies. This paper is divided into theintroduction three chapters. The introduction mainly summarizesthe research status on foreign literature works in Chinesetextbooks and points out the characteristic of this paper. The firstchapter mainly introduces foreign literature works in Chinesetextbooks for junior middle school, including the concept of foreign literature and their development and changes, and how theyare organized in Chinese textbooks. The second chapter mainlyanalyzes the importance of Chinese moral education and moraleducation of foreign literature works from three perspectives,which are between people and people, people and society, people andnature. The third chapter proposes some teaching strategies aboutmoral education of foreign literature works in Chinese textbooksfor junior middle school, including comparative reading teachingmethod and improving internal as well as external teachingenvironment.
