Chinese team won51gold medals,21silver medals and28copper medals at2008OlympicGames. Chinese team is on the top of the gold medal list and at the second place of the medaltable. It marked that the competitive sports in China have reached a new level in the world.There are series of debates about that china is a strong sports country or a big sports country. Thegovernment and social perspectives are transferred to the focus of the national fitness.Improvement of the physical quality has become the main intrinsic request of sportsdevelopment and social development. Leisure sports industry as a new emerging industry has ahuge market prospects. This paper researches the market operational inscape of leisure sportsindustry in Shenyang and provides theoretical basis for leisure sports industry in China.This research adopts the literature material method, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyse the market operational inscape of leisuresports industry in Shenyang. This paper gets32literatures about leisure sports influence factorsfrom60literatures and comes up with expert questionnaire in the form of five-point scale andanalyses the result. It gets four factors from32elements. The four factors are supply and demandinscape, price inscape, competition inscape and environmental inscape. This paper analyses themarket operational inscape of leisure sports industry with the knowledge of leisure sports andeconomics and analyses the market operational inscape of leisure sports industry in Shenyang,then gets some results and suggestions.Conclusion of the research:(1) Shenyang residents’ consumption idea limits the demand ofthe market of leisure sports industry in Shenyang.(2) Financial input lean to “competitiontransformation”.(3) Pricing strategies of market operators in Shenyang have problem.(4) Themarketing concepts have limitations.(5) Utilization rate of leisure sports resources is low andphenomenon of wasting resources exists.Suggestions:(1) Enhance the publicity on the concept of leisure sports and healthy lifestyles.(2) Improve financial input on leisure sports, establish investment promotion about leisure sports.(3) Establish a pattern that leisure sports drive the development of the economic growth.(4)Introduce and retain excellent recreational sports talents.(5) Strengthen the decision-makers’innovative concept.(6) Complete the relevant laws and regulations of leisure sports market,strengthen market supervision and ensure the fair of market environment.
