| The great development of science and technology not only brings the variouspossibilities of human’s life, but also raises a prosperous future for educationalenterprise. The teachers have been regarded as the soul of educational enterprise, thebridge between students and the scientific and cultural knowledge would not beconnected. Then, in21st centuries, many countries have considered the cultivating ofhigh quality teachers as an important strategy in the development of economy andculture in the developing countries. But how do we develop the training projects in aneffective and conservative way? There comes the distance education. The born ofdistance education can cut the cost of training in the realm of time and space, but alsoreinforce the teachers’ comprehensive quality on information technology, so that itmakes the share of educational resources come true. So, assuring the quality ofdistance training on teaching cannot be neglected.This article was based on the “National Training Projectsâ€--2012GansuProvince comprehensive practice curriculum of junior high school teachers distancetraining as an example, Firstly, it based on the theoretical background of that issue;then it analysed some problems of quality which existed in teaching distance training;and it has analysed the factors that affect the quality of training from the perspectiveof subjective and objective by referring to the relative domestic and overseas research;at last, it brought out the relatively meticulous,complete and specific strategy ofimprovement through many aspects such as guarantee of equipment, content ofcourses, mechanism of evaluate and the characteristic feature of the teachers whohave participated in the training. |
