In this paper,to make Senior Chinese achievement test construction of"reading andappreciation"as the main object of study.It bases on the position of language subjects,arranged Senior Chinese achievement test of"reading and appreciation"history andproblems.We try to improve test construction of"reading and appreciation"by means ofanalysising Chinese curriculm standard of high school,in order to play its diagnosticfunction and adjust teaching to promote high school Chinese teaching of reading.Thepaper is divided into five main sections,each section describes the main contents are asfollows:The first part,is the introduction,discussed the evaluation of the national emphasis oneducation,stressed the importance of high school language school proficiency exams andproblems,leads to test construction research of"reading and appreciation".The second part,is the first chapter, recalled the history of high school graduationexamination,high school proficiency test and their test construction of reading. Their testconstrctions of reading are based on the teaching program of the year and Chinesecurriculm standard of high school of the current year.Due to changes of test construction isbased, Their test constrctions of reading changed by focusing on the basics into focusreading ability. In recent years,test constrction of Senior Chinese achievement test,itsdegree of perfection continues to increase.The third part,is the second chapter,take"reading and appreciation"section of“the Chinese test syllabus”,Shandong Province in2011for instance,analysis of its testconstrction principles,content and form several parts of the test,sample questions and soon. Overall,there is a test constrction guiding principles and content of the examination isnot strong,sample questions and exam content presentation asymmetrical,designing ofsample questions are not unscientific and other issues in test constrction of"reading andappreciation".The fourth part,is the third chapter,gave suggestions for test constrction of"reading and appreciation",according to Chinese curriculm standard of high school,combing theisuuses of the test constrction. These suggestions include specific test constrctionprinciples,exam content, sample questions and construction.Improve the quality ofteaching of reading is the fundamental purpose of the reform of examination andevaluation,while improving the quality of teaching should not rely solely on the reform ofthe examination and evaluation system.The last pair of Chapter III some of the issuesraised some perspective about teaching of reading.The fifth part,that is the conclusion, made a summary of the full text points out theinnovation and shortcoming....
