The Research Of Female College Students’Employment And Perceived Social Justice

Employment is the foundation of the people’s livelihood, and also the tactic of bring peace and stability for our country. Female college students’employment opportunity and discomination has been the big problems that worry country, society, family and women graduates themselves. Meanwhile, it is also the "employment bottlenecks" to be resolved, its resolution can maintain social equality, promote social harmony and stability. In nowadays, the significances between the social equality and the social harmony are the same, the problems of female college students employment and equality needs our more concerns. We designed employment pressure questionnaire and investigated634female college students from colleges and universities in Liaoning province. We also discussed the relationships between female college students’employment pressure and the sense of social equality, and the research result indicates:1The questionnaire for the study designed by us proves to be valid and reliable.2Pressure on employment of female university students derived from the six areas, each dimension according to the average to low arrangement are as follows: maladjustment, academic situation, gender discrimination, concerns about the experience, external support, family conflict3The degrees of the differences from female college students’employment pressure are different, they are grade, speciality, source area, experiences as a student leader, whether confirm the employment where about direction, family financial circumstances.4There is significant negative correlation between female college students employment pressure and the sense of social equality, and the significant negative predicator is shown.5The suggestion of female college students’employment promotion, equal employment mechanism establishment are supplied in the thesis.
