Along with the reform of enrollment and employment system of college students in China, the difficulty in employment of college graduates is the fact that the society is indisputable, however, the employment of female college students has become the focus problem. The social capital of female college students is the social network, information network and opportunity ability of female college students in employment.. Get the number and use of social capital on the appropriateness, determines a female students competitiveness in the job market. To promote the development of female college students' employment, the researchers take the employment of female college students in Hunan Province as an example. Firstly, the basic concepts and theories of the research to be defined and discussed; secondly, for Hunan Province female university graduates' social capital and employment relations questionnaire investigation and analysis of the results, questionnaire design from Hunan Province female university graduates social capital network position, social network capital types and intelligence network situation summarizes the main features of the social capital of female college students in Hunan Province. Furthermore, the paper expounds the social capital factors on the employment of female college students in Hunan Province, respectively from the path of employment and the employment tendency two aspects are discussed in this paper, analysis of the female college students in Hunan Province using social capital, employment, and points out the existing problems; Finally, the development of social capital to promote the employment of female college students in Hunan province and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, from the social capital aspects of the development of female college students, expounds how to build their own human capital and social capital to establish consciousness; from improving the Hunan Province female university graduates the ability to use social capital, discusses how to develop kinship, informal organizations, alumni resources from social capital; advantage play school, think it should be from the play to the employment guidance center role, and strive to build Hunan Province female university graduates professional brand, actively expand the employment of teachers of social capital, strengthen the employer's cultivation, strengthen with superior other departments communication, so as to accumulate the stock of social capital for female college students in Hunan Province, to provide an effective guarantee for employment of female college students in Hunan province. So, female college students in Hunan Province need to continuously improve their quality and ability based, actively use various types of methods, development of social capital, improve the ability of social capital, the successful implementation of employment.
