Research On Non Traditional Security Cooperation Between China And Kazakhstan

Since the "9.11" terrorist attacks, this non-traditional security gradually coming into sight and increasingly valued. With the development of globalization, the "non-traditional security" is given a richer connotation, involving resources,environment and other fields. Central Asia is a strategic rear of western China,Central Asian countries, Kazakhstan is China’s most important and is the only strategic partner. Both in the history of the geo-strategic, or also the sustainable development of the two countries, China and Kazakhstan cooperation on non-traditional security are traceable and needs further. This article is to China and Kazakhstan and China as the research object, the two countries on the basis of the reality of non-traditional security cooperation, as well as practical problems for practical problems and propose appropriate countermeasures.This article consists of six parts, the use of inductive analysis method to study non-traditional security cooperation between China and Kazakhstan historical analysis, document analysis. First, an overview of the basic theory of non-traditional security, security from the traditional concept of the origin and meaning of a brief extension of non-traditional security. And describes the non-traditional security liquidity and its impact. Secondly, it discusses the necessity of China and Kazakhstan cooperation in non-traditional security cooperation and the current situation in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan safe environment analysis, from Central Asia, respectively.China and Kazakhstan and then analyze common security demands, and Kazakhstan as non-traditional security cooperation in the importance of evidence. Situation in Kazakhstan in non-traditional security cooperation mainly starting from the three aspects, namely the outcome of cooperation between the two countries and described the existing problems in terms of energy, terrorism and transnational crime. Again hinder non-traditional security cooperation between China and Kazakhstan faced by first analyzing the role of non-traditional security threats adverse impact on Kazakhstan itself, and through their Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan surrounding area analysis were obtained in Kazakhstan challenges faced by non-traditional security cooperation.
