Research On The Generation And Development Of Natural Law In China-kazakhstan International Relations

In the face of the changes in the international order,China urgently needs to establish its own theoretical system of international law in order to build a new international order.The changes in the international order will inevitably lead to increasing tensions in international relations,such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the violent terrorist incidents in Kazakhstan.China needs to plan ahead and continue to strengthen its friendly relations with neighbouring countries.Kazakhstan,located in the middle of the Eurasian continent and close to China’s western border,is not only China’s first step into Europe through the "Belt and Road" construction,but also an important step in safeguarding China’s national security.In the face of today’s complex international situation,China needs to find a fundamental way to consolidate its international relations and maintain friendly relations with Kazakhstan.Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992,China-Kazakhstan international relations have undergone three decades of leapfrog development,from the initial good-neighbourly relations to today’s permanent comprehensive strategic partnership,which has achieved four upgrades in international relations.Through the historical lineage of the development of China-Kazakhstan international relations,the deeper motives for the leapfrog development of China-Kazakhstan international relations are explored,which leads to the natural law in international relations.Natural law in international relations,also known as natural international law,refers to the correct understanding of the laws of international social development that originates from the rational nature of human beings.The natural law of China-Kazakhstan international relations originated from the rationality of the Chinese and Kazakh peoples,and along with the deepening of people’s rational understanding of China-Kazakhstan relations,the basic elements of sovereign equality,peaceful coexistence and compliance with agreements were developed.These three basic elements have evolved from the theory of natural law to the theory of international law and finally to the theory of natural law of Sino-Kazakhstan international relations.However,no matter how the contents of sovereign equality,covenant and peaceful coexistence develop,the concept of equality,goodness and peace,which originates from human reason,will never be changed.Guided by the natural law of Sino-Kazakh international relations,China and Kazakhstan insist on mutual respect for national sovereignty,firm defence of economic sovereignty and joint defence of world peace.It is precisely the fundamental adherence of China and Kazakhstan to the natural law of China-Kazakhstan international relations that has enabled it to bring into play its positive elements,which in turn have counteracted the negative elements in the development of the natural law of China-Kazakhstan international relations,and ultimately achieved lasting friendship in China-Kazakhstan international relations.Only by correctly grasping the direction of the development of natural law in Sino-Kazakhstan international relations can we correctly understand the development trend of Sino-Kazakhstan international relations and thus realise lasting friendship in Sino-Kazakhstan international relations.
